There are two ways to create users on the platform:
a) Manually. Open the Users section and click on the Create user icon in the upper right corner.
Fill in the user profile. The required fields are as follows: <Full Name>, <Email>, <Account Type>. Optionally, you can fill in <Company>, <Department>, <Position>, and <Comment> fields, as well as set the user’s photo.
After entering the data, click on the Add button.
b) Using Import function. Open the Users section and click on the Import users icon in the upper right corner.
Upload a csv file following the algorithm described on the page:
To edit a user profile or delete it from the platform, open the corresponding user card in the Users section.
If there are many users, you can use the search bar in the upper right corner.
Click on the user card to edit or delete it.
If you want to edit a profile, after introducing all the changes click on the Save button in the upper right corner.
If you want to delete a user from the platform, click on the Delete button in the bottom right corner.
